Our Story

We’ve loved every minute of the journey

Why Us?

Finding a massage therapist can be hit and miss for the client. Every therapist is different... style, technique, comfort level, etc.

Our goal is to be that "awesome" fit with you. Every session is custom tailored with you, working to achieve your goals for the short and long-term.

Our mission is to listen to our clients, working with their best interests in mind: in order to alleviate pain, stress, and bring effective change to the body and relaxation to the mind.

About Us

Carrie Heymann graduated from the Healing Arts Center located in St. Louis MO. It is the oldest massage therapy school in the St. Louis region, and is greatly respected throughout the industry.

Carrie's massage is not just one technique, but consists of a blend of different techniques based upon the individual needs and goals of the client. It truly is designed specifically for each person. Carrie is known for "detailing," which means that she takes the time to work the muscles individually, as well as the whole region. This type of work takes time and patience, but you leave not feeling as if you received a "once over." She will work with you to set goals not only for that session, but for short and long term as well.

In her own words:

"I have been interested in massage since I was 19 years old, but life sent me down many different roads. I finally found my way to massage school, and found my greatest gift. Massage is not my only gift, but it is the best gift I can give to the world. I truly "hear" with my hands (and even my elbows). It is the best feeling when I have a client leave a session feeling and moving so much better.

Massage Therapists are not healers, but we do help facilitate healing. The body wants to heal itself, and just needs a little help sometimes.

I love working the whole body, but I "specialize" in neck, shoulder, low back and hips. My clients tell me that I have found my calling, and I have."
